Assisting in All Departments of the Smaller Hospital Including the Emergency Room, Special Care Unit, Obstetrics and Medical Surgical Unit, and Occasionally the Surgical Recovery Room, Managing Any Complications throughout the Hospital, Ensuring Proper Staffing, Helping in All Needed Areas, Learning Leadership and Preceptor Rules, Overseeing Patient Care, Maintaining Effective Functioning for the Assigned Unit of Service
