She attributes her success to her ability to find solutions to problems and her excellent customer service, outsource/network. Pioneer leader with a strong desire to make a difference in the business world and maintain a balance with my personal life and health.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
My first inspiration came from my grandfather, Ewald Kleist, who ran his own printing business from 1922 to 1970 in Milwaukee, WI . At a very young age I remember how important it was to be patient, since my grandfather made personal deliveries to his customers. My father ( Walter Friedl) an Austrian Immigrant mentored my career starting in my pre-teen years, my father started his company out of two-car garage and this is how the family business started. My continued education although not targeted for this profession provided the tools to diversify my leadership positions within the family business.

Besides being the president and owner of MGF Services, Ms. Friedl is a reiki master. Lifelong student in philosophies of life-alternative/natural remedies.
