Managing the transition from an existing drive to the latest product offering. This was a challenging project due to software complexities, purchasing requirements, logistics, and the existing fleet of equipment with the old hardware, Was able to successfully transition our flag-ship equipment from the old hardware platform to its replacement while also allowing for the old hardware to function. Had to work with the external and internal vendors to ensure a smooth transition. I also had to work with our support team to educate them on the new hardware.

I became involved in this profession because of my love for mathematics and science, as well as my curiosity with electricity.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Ensuring proper coordination between the various engineering groups during software development. Oversee all verification and validation of software from a systems integration perspective. Liase between technical support teams and electrical engineering. Manage the construction of a sophisticated lab testing environment. Act as a change agent and drive continuous improvement through innovation and implementation of best practices.
