Managing multiple and complex Account Relationships. One highlight was my transition from the paints industry to the IT industry and getting exposed to nuances of the IT industry from a well set process industry.

A lot of perseverance, hard work, willingness to learn new things and experiment, and diligence toward process and people management. Being hands on always and getting and incorporating varied insights from different stake holders.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
The Software and cloud computing industry is seeing a massive disruption on account of technological changes and changing user preferences and increasing maturity levels of the end customer. This change is similar to the path breaking trend of early 1900s when the electricity was invented. Managing software services for this segment gives me the maximum learning on these disruptive trends and keeps my thirst for knowledge alive.

-Been in leadership and P&L roles for more than 9 years across various organizations.
-Initiating and growing Salesforce.com business in India in the SMB space.
-Worked on growing the India captive business for HCL Technologies and increase footprint across the hi-tech segment.
-Built the Inside Sales Team for Microsoft in India market with an influenced revenue of 75 - 80 M$.
- Led sales and business management teams in IBM, ICI Paints and drove business around 50 M$.
