She became involved in her profession after working with a community organization and deciding to start her own counseling firm.
Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. McCaffree has been in counseling for 27 years. She is also very involved in her community, the City of University Place, Wash. Her first book, "Suddenly Single: A Guide for Rediscovering Life After Tragic Loss," was released in May 2011 by Langdon Street Press. It is available in paperback and as an e-book. Ms. McCaffree has provided change management consulting services to major corporations such as AT&T.
As a woman in today's world what Ruthann feels has contributed to her success is working together and collaborating with other women who are good at what they do.
Ruthann's advice to share for the younger generation of women entering the work force today is to know that you do not have to do everything at the same time...it's okay to do it all in chapters.
