Extended Bio Profile:
Mr. Ralph started his career in the United Kingdom working for Avro Aircraft where he designed landing gears from 1947 on. He eventually relocated to the United States, where he designed landing gears for Boeing. He retired from his position with Boeing in 1994 in order to start his own company, Integrated Design Co.
