Work History:
Work history 1. Engineer for Boeing Company on the SRAM and ALCM Cruise Missiles used by the USAF on the B-52 Bombers and FB-111 fighter bombers. Taught Air Force personnel the avionics system and the inertial guidance system used in these missiles. Oversaw the installation of the missile system at numerous SAC Bomb Wings. 2.In charge of construction for Capital Development Company developing numerous housing developments and apartment complexes. 3. In charge of construction and development of 24 company owned single and multistory office buildings leased to the State of Washington and oversaw maintenance and modifications of the buildings post construction.(Approx 1 million square feet of office space) 4.In charge of construction and development of an approximately 1 million square foot shopping mall. 5.Project manager for numerous construction contracts at the Hanford and Satsop Nuclear facilities totaling over 100 million dollars. 6.Developed, constructed, and ran a sawmill for the company, and managed logging operations and US Forest Service road construction 7. Project manager for 20 miles of river bank protection on the Toutle River just prior to the Mount Saint Helens eruption. This project helped save what could have meant millions of dollars in additional devastation as the downed trees were washed down the river from the Saint Helens eruption. 8.Promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations and placed on the Board of Directors for Capital development Company in this position I helped oversee management and operations in the Houston, San Antonio, Dallas, and Great falls Montana offices as well as our home office in Lacey Washington. 9. The company switched focus and concentrated on acquiring leased properties for numerous Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid, and Kohls stores as well a strip malls in 37 states across the country. I worked on the due diligence and acquisition of these properties as well as overseeing maintenance of the properties after the acquisition. 10. I don’t believe that I could have worked for a company that would have given me the opportunity to diversify into such a vast array of retail, development, construction and acquisition as this one has. I truly appreciate the opportunity to expand my knowledge and expertise which they have given me.

Overseeing managing and directing numerous contacts at two nuclear power plants in Washington with over a 500 man work force. and building and operating a sawmill with associated logging and US Forest Service road construction... .

Having the ability to start into a totally new project or endeavor and learn all facets of the work and then hire organize and manage the personnel necessary to make the project successful.

I would like to be remembered as a"Can Do" person no matter how hard the task.
If you could solve one problem in the world today, what would it be?:
Getting federal,state,and city governments out of union contracts.

Ronald Reagan. I would like to discuss his unique ability to be able to get opponents and proponents alike to work together toward a common goal.
