Integrity, the need to sauced based on personal achievements, not on the use of others', but their strengths and abilities given freely based on loyalty and belief in shared goals and achievements. I make the job the joy, not the 'who.'
What has been the most outstanding thing you have done thus far in your career?:
Never believing that the goal as too high. Having the company meet ISO requirements and receiving certification have become the achievements I am most proud of. Expanded Biography:
I have been in love with airplanes since I can remember. I learned to fly but wasn't meant to. I was blessed with an ability to learn and adapt. I have worked to eat, day to day. Mom was divorced with five kids, me being the oldest, I helped raise them for three years before joining the military. Loved it, got out to work, no promised government job. Worked to eat, adapted again. Love challenges, will try anything, changed careers four times in the last 15 years, successful in all, just trying to do better. 65, feeling like 35, won't grow up, love learning, love teaching. Love being able to help people around the world.
