Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
He became involved in his profession because while serving as a Naval and combat officer in Vietnam, he came face-to-face with people who had no food, shelter, clothing or education. The experience inspired him to one day give something back and help make a difference.

Mr. McKinnon is strong believer in spreading democracy. He feels that it is only when people's basic life necessities are met that they are able to fully embrace democracy.
