Extended Bio Profile:
Mr. Ford has 25 years of experience in cement manufacturing. During this time, he has explored two career paths: one in manufacturing for 14 years, and the other in human resources for 11 years. He has worked in four plants, two corporate offices and a technical center. He has been a licensed pilot since age 16, and has held instructor pilot ratings since age 19. He is also a licensed amateur radio operator, and an amateur astronomer with eight astronomical league certificates.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Overseeing the assets of the company's five plants; Managing safety, profitability, efficiency, and cost control; Working closely with the human resources department; Interfacing with sales, marketing, logistics and distribution teams to maximize profitability
