He became involved in his profession because his personable nature inspired him to become a counselor and progress within the counseling field.
Extended Bio Profile:
Mr. Hays worked in an outpatient health care clinic while serving in the United States Navy, where he was a liaison between officers and the chain of command. He was also responsible for other administrative tasks such as monitoring clinic supplies. After retiring from the Navy, he worked as a program analyst with Alutiiq LLC. He is currently a human resources intern with the Tricare Management Activity.

Performing Rotational Assignments within the MHS Community in the National Capital Region; hires people to the federal government for positions.
