Ms. Ramirez-Maxwell finds it very satisfying to be able to juggle her career and the wonderful experience of being a new mother. She is bilingual, which has helped her to be of better service to the large Hispanic populations in which she works. It also allows her to be exposed to various communities and types of people in the surrounding area. She thoroughly enjoys traveling with her husband, who is an elected official in their county, as he interacts with constituents.
