Ordering the food; Planning the menus; Scheduling the employees' work hours; Hosting events; Preparing concession stands; Managing the concession budget; Prepare deposits and rectifies inventory against deposit; Keep concessions stocked; Payouts to the booster clubs; Oversees catering and concessions for the district; Set up for the catering event, order food, coordinate the food and staff and clean up.
