She became involved in her profession because she started has worked in the customer service industry since she was in high-school. While she works in information technology, her main focus continues to be on how to serve the customer properly.

Ms. Cruz competed in the Fight Gone Bad competition in 2009 and 2010. She also ran in the San Diego marathon in 2009 and the San Antonio half marathon in 2008.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Working with information technology; Managing a team of 19 and the customers they support; Managing the chat support functions of the company; Conducting tests with customer base; Managing software, data dissemination, troubleshooting, and training. Working with Senior Management on process improvement and procedures.
