She has taught her staff that she walks her talk. From the day that Ms. Parrack founded the company she has always been a woman of her word. If she tells you something she will do what she says. At Texas Motor Transportation Consultants there is always a person to answer the phone to provide their customers with optimum customer service.
What has been the most outstanding thing you have done thus far in your career?:
She has achieved so many awards that she can't even name them all. She has the most awesome, incredible staff that anyone can have. She is so proud of them. Especially in a male dominated field. Her biggest achievement is her daughter Lisa who started working for her when she was 14. Lisa made the decision to stay the rest of her life and make this a second generation business.
How would you like to be remembered by your peers?:
As a woman who was very giving. Ms. Parrack is Very generous to organizations, foundations as well as her staff
If you could solve one problem in the world today, what would it be?:
She has been all over the world and there are too many problems to be solved. She just tries to help people on a daily basis and encourage education. Ms. Parrack has made sure that both of her granddaughters are attending college.

Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession after working for the Texas Department of Transportation for 11 years, supervising three departments. She was evaluated by her supervisor as helping the public too much, so she decided to open her own company and help the public as much as possible.
