Ms. Soukup has been in the financial services arena for more than 25 years. She has demonstrated sales leadership, both as an individual contributor and in sales management. She not only runs sales for the central U.S., she is also utilized as a national speaker for Allianz. She is the only female senior vice president in her company.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Managing the sales force; Directing variable annuity sales for an independent regional bank; Overseeing warehouse distribution channels in the central U.S.
