Ms. Wickham is president of Education Nonpareil, which provides international business counseling and education in the design and blueprint of strategic changes aimed at improving efficiencies to meet world-class business best practices. She has more than 22 years experience in the international arena of operations and is a pathfinder specializing in the area of JIT, Just-in-Time at its macro definition of eliminating waste regardless of industry sector. She received a trademark from the European Economic Community for a three-day global supply chain logistics system she implemented at Johnson Controls Automotive Europe titled Warehouse on Wheels. She has worked in the forefront of advanced techniques for achieving Just-in-Time, TQM operations, strategic planning and implementation, and global supply chain management. She is an educator of cross functional teams in organization and professional development fields. Ms. Wickham has designed and implemented state-of-the-art decision support systems for Fortune 200 companies in the U.S., Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Europe in their endeavor to reach world class benchmarking practices. Her international manufacturing clients include Fortune, Euro, and Asian 500 corporations TNT Logistics NV Belgium, Dow Corning Europe, ELCOM Inc., Boeing, Eureka, PEC, EPCON, and Allegiance USA.
