Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession because she is an avid reader and experienced a tragedy when she was 26 or 27 weeks pregnant. She had a premature baby with various health problems that died soon after birth. For a while, she put aside her grief, not wanting to address the topic of death. She also didn't want to face feelings of blame. She took a trip to Kathmandu four years later and witnessed a beautiful funeral that celebrated the life of the deceased. It brought her to tears and helped her to finally grieve for the little girl that she never got to hold.

Ms. Cromer has been an author for six years and has been a speaker for 20 years. She believes that having self-knowledge and humility is the only way to transform society because once an individual figures himself out, he will realize that he is meant to do things for others. Ms. Cromer is a bestselling author and speaker, and her third book is set to be released soon. Before writing her first bestseller in the fall of 2006, she had worked in advertising for 20 years. She was a partner at Sanders Wingo Advertising for 10 years, and made TV and radio appearances. She has appeared on TV stations across the country.
