Mr. Kasmarek is the author of 35 interpretive scientific reports on ground water. He speaks publicly at scientific organizations and participates in outreach programs for public schools. He also lectures at the City of Houston, Lone Star Groundwater Conservation District, Harrison-Galveston Subsidence District, The Fort Bend Subsidence District, Houston Geological Society, Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission and municipal utility districts.
