Mrs. Ritchie studied with Janet Leach, Ismael Soto, Bick Wood, Jake Alee and Randy Brodnax. She has five grandchildren: Vincent, Vanessa, Jocelyn, Caleb and Arianna from her son, Robert Jr., and his wife, Rhonda.

Working with artists; Setting up galleries; Contacting artists; Compiling artists' work for the exhibition committee; Installing signage; Teaching ceramics and art classes for high school students
