Dr. Endara's greatest career achievement thus far has been getting appointed for three years by the United States Department of Commerce, the National Institute of Standards and Technology, to serve in the capacity of examiner on the Board of Examiners of the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award.

Dr. Endara is a clinical specialist trained by the United States Army who is dedicated to traumatology. He has attended the American school in Ecuador where he learned English and Spanish and also attended medical school for two years. He served for 20 years in the United States Army Medical Department. He is currently working on two books titled 'The Life of Soldier Marco A. Endara' and 'Pia's Angels.' He is also fluent in Spanish, German and Italian.
