Joan owned and ran a night club in Colorado, as well as a factory that supplied eight stores in New Jersey with ceramics and statues. She was taught her business knowledge from her late husband, who believed in her, supported her ideas and promoted self-reliance. Her sister contacted Joan regarding a business proposition. Joan had a job traveling through seven different states. At the time, her sister was a groomer and wanted to go into business, but knew nothing about the management of a business so she recruited Joan to manage the location.
Throughout the duration of your career, what was the one highlight that stood out the most?:
The most gratifying aspect of her career is seeing her students succeed and build their business from the certification course.
