Mr. Zureikat would solve the water shortage problem. He has several ideas on how to help in desalination and is currently building models to test them. He believes it can be solved cheaply.

Mr. Zureikat would have lunch with Milton Erickson, who was a giant in psychiatry and a sophisticated communicator on multiple levels.

Mr. Zureikat has excellent communication skills and is facile in working in multicultural situations. He is a self-starter, disciplined, ethical, confident, goal-oriented and committed to providing outstanding service excellence. He has a positive influence on the entire facility and the ability to motivate team members to achieve a common goal. Mr. Zureikat is able to adapt quickly to challenges and changing environments, and think outside the box. He has experience in balancing priorities for short-term and long-term goals. He is enthusiastic, creative and willing to assume increased responsibility. He has the ability to conscientiously work on the local level in symphony and support of the overall corporate mission and culture. Mr. Zureikat has extensive knowledge and experience within the operating room environment, and extensive experience in every surgical specialty in war-time scenarios. He also has the ability to connect with people of various cultures as a result of his international travel and multi-lingual skills. While working as the director of the tissue bank for the Tarrant County organ donor program, Mr. Zureikat increased revenues by 500 percent through targeted marketing and meeting specific requests of orthopedic surgeons. He also adopted the highest standards in the industry and introduced transplantable tissue options to ophthalmology, dentistry and podiatry. Over 6,000 successful tissue transplants took place during his tenure. He performed as a member of the trauma, heart and neuro teams while at Harris Methodist Hospital, and participated in the sterile procurement of heart for valves, saphenous veins, skin, bone and eyes for the tissue bank. Mr. Zureikat increased tender acquisition success by 80 percent throughout the Middle East, the former Soviet States and Northern Africa. He also developed cooperation agreements with other entities throughout the Middle East and Africa. Mr. Zureikat previously managed two office complexes with seven counselors in two counties, and administered budgeting, advertising, payroll and insurance filing. He created and executed budgets, business plans and marketing campaigns for European and Middle Eastern markets for the ‘British Medical Journal’ and ‘Middle East Medical Index.’ In the area of personnel management, Mr. Zureikat managed three departments and individuals totaling 25 FTEs involved in multinational smart card technology solution collaboration of German, Greek and British engineers. He also succeeded in securing representation of several companies in Greece and the Balkans. As an educator, Mr. Zureikat taught the latest theories and practices for graduates and undergraduates in business management, management information systems, organizational behavior and financial management. He also presented at seminars for human resource management regarding issues such as ‘Nurturing Success,’ ‘Stress Management,’ and ‘Working with Diversity.

Extended Bio Profile:
Mr. Zureikat has survived wars and many other challenges in the Middle East. He was instrumental in advising the development of electronic medical records in a unique way in which people would not be inconvenienced by interface of the technology, but rather the technology would truly serve people. He also completed one year of executive coaching which has been beneficial on multiple planes. Mr. Zureikat hopes to gain a leadership position within the ASC surgical hospital/healthcare market to capitalize on his experience, leadership and team-building skills, extensive knowledge of surgical services, business development and financial analytical skills, and build strong physician relations.
