Mr. O'Laughlin served for 31 years in the U.S. Navy; he retired from his last position in 1999 as Deputy Director of Reserve Affairs for 3500 reservists through Europe and Africa, in 86 countries. His wife went with him to the 24 out of 60 countries to which he travelled.

Extended Bio Profile:
Mr. O'Laughlin is a retired captain of the United States Navy. He also reads a book a week for self-improvement, in addition to one book per week for recreational reading. He has expanded his life coaching business to become more involved in the production and publishing of e-books that he has written, all set for release this year. He is the proud father of two children. His son is a Navy Information Technology Specialist, and his daughter is a Sergeant at the Huntsville Prison System. He also has three grandchildren named Hector, Ashley and Meredith.
