Ms. Boyce is the president of Boyce Consulting, a strategic compliance, regulatory and systemic corrective action planning and development firm, which provides realistic solutions to meet both the client's business and regulatory obligations. The company also implements recommendations for improving and streamlining current quality systems to obtain cost-savings using appropriate statistical techniques. She completed food and drug administrations national mid-level training program in 1992. She has had many assignments with the food and drug administrations commissioner's office, office of device evaluation, office of device evaluation, center for devices and radiological health, office of compliance and office of drug evaluation, center for drug evaluation and research, and staff of center for device evaluation's program operations. She was also the acting director of compliance and the Food and Drug Administration's Kansas City district in 1990.
