Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Gerson has been working in the information technology industry since 1995 with such companies as Ericson, IBM, and Systera. She was first introduced to WITI while working at Systera. At the time, the organization was floundering and did not have a strong presence in the Dallas area. With her strong leadership skills, Ms. Geron was able to build the WITI Dallas Regional Network from the ground up and help the organization thrive.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
1) Consulting with the clients to determine how the company's information technology solutions can enhance their businesses; Ensuring that all customers receive proper support; Assisting other customer engagement representatives when necessary 2) Directing all regional network operations; Organizing monthly meetings and quarterly speaker meetings; Delegating responsibilities; Maintaining open lines of communication with network members
