He is currently the Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development for The Britt Hunt Company, LLC where he serves as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and provide senior-level oversight to the human resource, organizational development, and strategic initiatives of the company. Prior to joining The Britt Hunt Company, he was the Manager of Corporate Human Resources for Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc., where he had responsibility for the human resource function for the home office and retail distribution center. Dr. Brooks has also had the opportunity to work with other outstanding organizations which include Gap, Inc., Accenture, SmithKline Beecham Clinical Laboratories, Emerson Electric Company, and Gaylord Entertainment Company.
