The highlights of her career were being present from the time a patient arrived from the intensive care unit until they went home a few weeks later; it is a truly touching experience. Having the patient and their family give her thanks and a hug for what she did to make the long hours and trying times worth it.

She attributes her success to her educational foundation and life experiences.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession because of her lifelong interest in health care and desire to help people. Ever since she was a child, she has been particularly interested in human anatomy and biology.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Treating patients in the cardiac monitoring step-down unit; Administering medications and providing patient education regarding medication mechanisms of action; Educating the patients on pain management and health care procedures; Providing care to patients and their families during the time of hospitalization
Where Will You Be In 5 Years:
In five years, Ms. Hill would like to pursue a master's degree in nursing, becoming a physician's assistant and possibly teach nursing school courses.
