The highlight of her career was being a part of a two-year company program that focused on four principles: Black Belt Six Sigma Certification, Lean Manufacturing, Human Performance and Behavioral Differentiation. These projects were assigned to help improve various processes for more efficient applications and utilization.

She attributes her success to her detail-oriented nature and ability to understand objectives, overcome challenging tasks, conduct needs assessments, define resources, and channel teams to fulfill objectives.
Extended Bio Profile:
Mrs. Keller’s projects under six sigma black belt certification included creating a safe and lean working environment for product records area employees as well as designing an integrated product certification process, leading to a $135,000 cost avoidance during its first and second year of implementation. The projects also included the development of an electronic routing system for the packing and shipping process at Columbia Manufacturing Facility, which lead to reduction of errors and zeroing out non-value added activities in multiple areas leading to cost avoidance benefits of $150,000. She was responsible for tackling various front-end issues surrounding forecasting, changes and discrepancies in SAP fuel orders. She identified a solution that resulted in order processing efficiency valued from $40,000 to $90,000 annually. Mrs. Keller founded a co-education adult kickball coaching center in 2005. It began humbly with nine teams and has expanded to over 40 teams.
