He became involved in his profession after graduating from college. He was hired by UPMC to expand their financial programs and launch their Medicare book of business.

Overseeing the company's day-to-day operations; Managing the sales and marketing staff, as well as all compliance workers; Submitting request for proposals for approval; Directing enrollment processes; Analyzing financial data; Designing and implementing training and development programs
