A year before a Quality Manager was to retire I expressed my interest in the Quality field. Interviewed for the position and was rewarded with the promotion.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Verifying that client materials meet certain specifications; Providing clients with certificates of confirmation; Supervising staff in testing materials; Working with OSHA regarding company safety, ensuring ISO Standards are maintained company wide.
Where Will You Be In 5 Years:
