She became involved in her profession because teaching is in her blood. Her mother was a great influence on her.

Ms. Coll has helped her church acquire and install a $100,000 pipe organ. She does fundraising work for South Africa and volunteers at community food banks at Pennsylvania schools. Ms. Coll also does medical missions in Guatemala.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Overseeing five classes including ninth grade English and an INAC program; Acting as student council adviser; Organizing and implementing field trips; Teaching students valuable leadership and relationship skills; Specializing in leadership consulting for the students; Acting as an activities director; Working with ninth and 10th grade students in teaching them planning, organizational and motivational team-building skills

Where Will You Be In 5 Years:
In five years, Ms. Coll hopes to work more with the fundraisers, "Keep It!" and "Act Locally, Reach Globally." She's working with students in Pennsylvania to raise $50,000 for the cause. She will also do more leadership consulting for students.
