The highlight of his career was choosing the right engineer to design his client's network at their new corporate headquarters in New York City. It was a very high profile project that was completed successfully, and helped to continue to solidify the relationship between AT&T and their client.

He attributes his success to his hard work and dedication. Due to his potential, he was chosen by a manager to become Cisco certified, as well as receive tools and resources provided by AT&T for him to learn and advance in his field. He also credits his father, a hardworking Vietnam veteran who returned home and landed a 30-year career with AT&T, setting both a personal and professional example for his family.

He became involved in his profession through his inclination that information technology would be an important part of American culture.
