Extended Bio Profile:
Mr. Souchik worked as a lead relationship and service delivery executive for Johnson & Johnson Services, Inc., Merck & Co., Inc., Cardinal Health, Stryker, UCAR and a number of other Fortune 50 clients. He has always sought out ways to provide value to his clients, over and above what was being asked of him. After receiving his degree in industrial engineering, he started working for a Fortune 50 company as a manufacturing engineer. His work entailed spearheading environment improvement on the plant floor. He was eager to understand the business operations that surrounded the physical plant floor and was drawn into operations management. From there, his passion for customer service and desire to provide value in everything he did, led him to the consulting industry. It is his nature to both contribute and learn from the people around him. He would like to be known as a leader in the healthcare community, specifically working toward bridging the business models of the life science, payer, and provider segments. He has received various leadership awards throughout his career for professional accomplishments, team development, and innovative thinking.
