Expanded Biography:
Ms. Pard credits her former boss, Ann Overton, for being instrumental in her success and having an impact on her career. She was hired as a consultant to aide in the Y2K conversion development within the organization. Within weeks, she had made enough of an impact with the project, that she was offered a full-time developer’s position. Soon thereafter, she was assigned to assisting Ms. Overton in leading the Y2K development team, learning EDI and configuring a timekeeping application. Within a few short years and multiple projects later she was promoted to her current position.
Throughout the duration of your career, what was the one highlight that stood out the most?:
The most gratifying aspect of her career was the foundation that she was able to build in her current professional business career by learning the ins and outs of business by working at McDonald's at the age of 16.
