It is hard to pick just one highlight. Having said that one that certainly stands out was the successful completion of a capital campaign in Harrisburg, PA while I was the CEO there. This was my first capital campaign and also the first for this Girl Scout Council. It was for $2,000,000. The council had very little fund raising base but a very strong property development plan. Through much determined effort the campaign exceeded it's goal, the council developed and upgraded its campsites and was able to strengthen its program and serve many more girls.
