Extended Bio Profile:
In her family, Ms. Woodard was among the sixth generation of children to be born and raised in McMinnville, Ore. Her family was one of the state's original pioneers and served on the first territorial legislature that signed the state as part of the Union. Ms. Woodard started this business in 2011.
