What Does He/She Attribute Success To:
She attributes her success to her hard work, as well as her parents' unconditional love and support.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession because she had struggled for many years with ADHD as well as the many issues that came with her multicultural family dynamics, prompting her to engage in a career that would allow her to offer support to youth and families with the same struggles.
As she moved through adolescence, she made several life altering mistakes that she came to learn were actually the foundation of her success. Reflection being a valuable tool to progression, she was able to learn many lessons from reflecting on her mistakes, and eventually built a personal professional resource guide on how to manage and deal with many issues - it is this internal resource guide that she carries with her to every new client she meets.
