Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession after her father asked her to find a job in order to pay for her spring break trip. She landed a job with a food service company and progressed from there.

Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Overseeing all locations nationwide; Overseeing budgetary and promotional plans, as well as health, safety and human resources; Ensuring all new programs and new policies are distributed throughout the company; Managing administration and accountability systems to provide value-added initiatives that ensure continual customer satisfaction and profitability; Bidding on, writing and receiving contracts; Meeting weekly with clients, the board of directors, the chairman of the board and presidents of other companies; Ensuring all Ontario laws and corporate standards are followed
