Throughout the duration of your career, what was the one highlight that stood out the most?:
The highlight of her career was in 1995 when she was recruited to assist with the start-up of one of the new subsidiaries by helping form and run the new IS/IT department. This was the biggest and also the most rewarding challenge that she had up to that point in her career, and that held true for quite a few years.

Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession because her career started as a telephone operator in 1973, she then moved into the engineering department as a drawing clerk, and when Cablecad was introduced she found her niche, which was computers.
