She became involved in her profession because although she did not start her career in this field, she grew into it. She enjoyed the work and has continued to thrive and grow.

Handling the finances of five companies under the same umbrella; Overseeing payroll; Accounting; Budgeting
Where Will You Be In 5 Years:
In five years, Ms. Schering hopes to take The New Sturgeon Builders' Supplies to the next level. She also hopes to become a chairperson for The Lumber and Building Materials Association of Ontario.
