What Does He/She Attribute Success To:
She attributes her success to three qualities. One is her flexibility; as a military "brat" who lived a gypsy life, she learned to adapt well to change. Another is her commitment to excellence; a close brush with death in her late teens made her treasure life. She never gives less than her best in any venture she undertakes. The last one is her compassion; she believes that, no matter which business you're in, your most valuable assets are the relationships you build. She forges lasting bonds by listening, caring, and giving people reasons to smile, think, learn and grow. Her reward is the loyalty she earns in return.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession because her career path as a mentor and coach evolved naturally from her show business pursuits. People had learned to like and trust her, and she had discovered a growing need for mentors and coaches who understand human nature, have tangible solutions to share, and truly want to help people who may have lost their way.

For more than 20 years, Ms. Hagyard has provided solutions to individuals whose career plans and creative concepts have hit a wall. She believes that her success comes in large part from her uniquely nomadic childhood and the years she spent in the entertainment industry. In her spare time, she still writes.
