She became involved in her profession because she developed an interest in social service while taking special education classes in college.
Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Craghead works with children in state custody who have been physically abused and have been moved from placement to placement. By seeing each child as an individual, believing in them, attending their activities on her own time and celebrating in their successes, she has made a positive impact in their lives. She also delivered a presentation at the Governor's Conference on Developmental Disabilities.
