Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession because her grandmother was a nurse and so she went into nursing. But when she graduated from high school, a friend's father who was a doctor told her that she had what it takes to be a doctor. After practicing nursing for several years, she went to school to be a nurse anesthetist but, with the prerequisites being the same as medical school, she decided she would go to medical school and become a doctor.
