She became involved in her profession after her college career ended and she began working in purchasing with a metal stamping company.
Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Eaton has worked in the metal stamping industry for 20 years. Four years ago she decided to open her own business.

During her career she specialized in operations management and lean manufacturing. Her company, ETN specializes in production stampings and assemblies.

She began working in the field in the purchasing department of a metal stamping company. She was eventually promoted and was responsible for overseeing production control. Subsequently, she was tasked with opening a new plant for the company in Mexico.

She also implemented lean manufacturing methods in various shops and produced millions of dollars in sales. Based on her professional experience and ability to successfully see business ventures through, she thought it only natural that she establish her own business.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Overseeing operations; Managing a staff of six; Promoting new sales and business development; Handling all purchasing and customer service interactions
Where Will You Be In 5 Years:
In five years, Ms. Eaton plans to double her business and begin doing regional government work.
