What do you feel separates you from the rest of the professionals in your industry?:
I believe what separates me from others is the passion I have for knowing what job needs to be done and getting it done as quickly as possible with the utmost accuracy. My work ethic, tenacity in getting the job done, experience in my field along with all the leadership/management training I received as active duty military, formed the person/employee I am today. I receive compliments on a daily basis for the assistance I provide to those who trying to work a software program with little training and not much time to get trained. I "walk" them through in getting what they need to do their job.
What has been the most outstanding thing you have done thus far in your career?:
Her greatest career achievements were retiring from the U.S. Air Force as an E7 Master Sergeant, and while working in the commercial industry, processing weekly payroll ahead of schedule with complete accuracy and more than six years as accounts receivable administrator, providing aggressive but compassionate customer service. Since my employment as a civil servent, my main job is providing customer support as the functional representative for the Commanders' Resource Integration System where everyone one of those who call needing assistance receive the very best support possible.
How would you like to be remembered by your peers?:
Someone who worked hard, did the best job possible, treated everyone with kindness/fairness and was someone they enjoyed working with.
If you could solve one problem in the world today, what would it be?:
Deport all the illegal immigrants. If they want to come to our/my country, do it legally and make sure anyone who wants to be an American learn the language so there is only one official language of the USA.
If you could have lunch with anyone, dead or alive, who would it be and why?:
Hillary Clinton. I don't know of anyone else who has held positions of power and respect as a female in this country, endured some of the hardships assoicated with being the First Lady and came through it with class. She is a very intelligent woman and I admire how she has developed her career over the years.

Throughout the duration of your career, what was the one highlight that stood out the most?:
The highlight of her career was being assigned as an Air Force Military Basic Training Instructor with only six weeks to transform civilian men and women into productive military airmen.

She became involved in her profession in the U.S. Air Force to generate income to support her goals toward college graduation.

Ms. Whitehead has three granddaughters named Natalie, Isabella and Elaina. She retired from the U.S. Air Force after 23 years of service. She has worked more than 12 years in the commercial industry as an accounts receivable administrator and payroll administrator, three years as a defense contractor in financial management and will begin a civil service position on August 2010. She is also a financial management professional.
