Ms. Leatherman and her husband founded the company in 1973. They enjoy traveling and spending time at their Marco Island home, when they are not at their cattle ranch in Burbank, California. They have also own a restaurant called The Galaxy Restaurant and Banquet Center in 2000. Ms. Leatherman has four children, 12 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
