He became involved in his profession because he gained experience in the field as director of the Cleveland Landmark Association for 18 years.
Extended Bio Profile:
Mr. Cimperman taught historic preservation to realtors, a 30-hour program to further their knowledge of land use and planning. His newly-completed book, "Eerie Street Cemetery" was recently published by Arcadia Publishing. Eerie Street Cemetery is Cleveland's oldest cemetery and the burial grounds for soldiers of war. Proceeds from the book will help to establish a fund that can be used for improvements to the cemetery's historic grounds. The book is also available on EBay.
