Ms. Kearney was promoted to assistant professor in Educational Administration at Ashland University in 2008 and was the first to receive a Mentor Award from Ashland University's Columbus Center. She is an active fundraiser for her community and Ashland University. She began her career as a teacher and advanced towards her current position.
