Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession following a discussion with a family friend who was in the HR profession. This led her to do more research into the field, and subsequently enroll in a bachelor of commerce majoring in human resource management.

Ms. Curci has more than nine years of experience in the human resources, employee engagement, performance management, workplace negotiations and change programs, and cost reduction exercises. She has a strong knowledge of Australian workplace legislation.
